WHAT DO YOU THINK MAKES YOU BEAUTIFUL?
I could say lots of things but this exercise I do of putting myself in someone else's shoes makes be a better person, every day.
SO BEING A BETTER PERSON MAKES YOU BEAUTIFUL?
I think so, yes. And of course I love to get my hair done at the salon, I love to eat well, I love to exercise to get a good body, but I do think this has no value if you're not good inside. If you feel envy, if you're not happy, if you don't feel grateful... To me, it is impossible to be really beautiful. It’s fake.
WHAT IS THE BEST BEAUTY ADVICE THAT YOU’VE EVER RECEIVED?
Don't smoke!
BUT WAIT… I’VE SEEN YOU SMOKING LAST TIME WE HAD A DRINK TOGETHER!
(Laughs) yes with a drink it’s okay. But as I am not going out during the week it makes 5 days without smoking! And maybe on Saturday I’ll have one (laughs).
WHAT IS YOUR SIGNATURE LOOK IN TERMS OF MAKE-UP?
I try to wear make-up everyday but in a very light way, I don't like when it is too obvious: bb-cream from Clinique for some good-looking skin, a little bit of Bobbi Brown blush and mascara from Mac. I never use lipstick. I don't know why but every time I try to wear some, I immediately take it off! Maybe because you have to retouch it all the time… You use lipstick, you know what I am talking about.
I DO BUT ONLY SINCE THE MATTE TREND AS IT GAVE MY BIG LIPS COLOR OPTIONS WITHOUT CALLING TOO MUCH ATTENTION (LAUGHS). BUT I AGREE ON THE FACT THAT I DON'T LIKE THE FEELING OF WEARING LIPSTICK AND HAVING TO ALWAYS MAKE SURE IT STAYS PUT. LUCKILY ENOUGH I FOUND THE PERFECT MATTE LIPSTICK THAT DOESN'T MOVE FOR DAYS, AND IT'S A CHEAP OPTION, FROM SEPHORA! THIS IS MY SECRET (LAUGHS).
Okay let’s talk again about it after I tried it and maybe I will have changed my discourse (laughs).
WHAT BEAUTY PRODUCTS COULDN'T YOU LIVE WITHOUT?
There is this Vitamin C product that I love from Dermage, it comes in a foam or in a gel! So normally I just wash my face with Avène's Cleanance soapless cleanser, and then I use this foam which is great as it treats my skin in a very light way.
HOW DO YOU MANAGE TO LOOK SO FRESH AFTER SUCH HECTIC WEEKS OF FASHION SHOW PREPARATIONS?
I sleep well.
